6-story residential building completed in 1871. Designed by Thomas R. Jackson, it has a white cast-iron facade with Doric columns and cornices between each floor. A white iron fire escape runs down the left two-thirds of the facade, which is topped by a bracketed and modillioned roof cornice. The building was typically occupied by store, office and showroom space until being converted to residential around 2000. The ground floor is occupied by R & Company.
