8-story residential building completed in the 1880s as a 6-story office building, and formerly known as 365 Broadway. Starting in 2009, the building was renovated to apartments with the addition of two floors on top, as well as a complete makeover of the facade, replacing the original white cast iron with red brick. Round-arched windows with keystones line the ground floor, which is capped by a stone band course.
