5-story residential building completed in 1866. Designed by Samuel A. Warner, it has a grey-painted ground floor with Corinthian columns. The upper floors have recessed, segmental-arched windows, and pilasters with Corinthian capitals. Cornices separate each floor, and a white metal fire escape runs down the center of the facade. The building is crowned by a projecting roof cornice with large modillions. It typically has been used as a store, and for storage and office space, and is currently residential.
