4-story residential building completed in 1871. Designed by E. Ketchum, it is clad in grey brick. The cream-colored ground-floor storefront is capped by a dentiled cornice. The windows have stone sills with corbelled feet and metal cornices. A metal fire-escape runs down the left two-thirds of the facade, which is crowned by a roof cornice with scrolled brackets, modillions and paneled fascia boards. At one time the ground story was occupied by a fabric store and the upper stories by a tailor shop. Currently the ground floor is occupied by Saluggi's Pizza.
