Kingsland Building

5-story residential building completed in 1869. Designed by Isaac F. Duckworth for Daniel C. Kingsland, an attorney and member of a prosperous merchant family. It wraps around the corner building, with a narrower facade on Lispenard topped by a rounded pediment, and a wider facade on Church Street, topped by a triangular pediment. Both facades are white cast-iron with brown iron cornices between floors. Currently the first story is occupied by commercial tenants and the upper stories have been converted to residential use.
