5-story mercantile building completed in 1870. Designed by William H. Hume, it is composed of beige cast-iron with stone outer piers. The windows above the ground floor are segmental-arched. A grey metal fire escape runs down the right two-thirds of the facade, which is topped by a bracketed, grey metal roof cornice. Bisutoro Restaurant is on the ground floor.
