5-story residential building completed in 1868. Designed by John B. Snook as a store-and-loft building, it has a white cast-iron ground floor with Doric columns and a dentiled cornice. The upper floors are surfaced in light-grey smooth stucco - except for the two southern bays of the western facade which are painted tan - with blocked corners and segmental-arched windows. The eastern bay of the Walker Street side, and the two of the center bays of the Church Street side are filled-in. The building is crowned by a black metal roof cornice with paired brackets and dentils. A black metal fire escape covers the two southern bays on the Church Street side. The ground floor is occupied by Anejo Mexican restaurant.
