5-story residential building completed in 1870. Designed by William T. Bure as a store-and-loft building, it is composed of off-white cast-iron. The ground floor is painted grey, with Doric columns and a dentiled cornice. A narrow black iron fire escape runs down the center of the facade, which is topped by a black metal roof cornice with brackets, modillions and a rounded pediment in the center. The building was used for the manufacture, storage, and sales of dry goods. The upper floors have since been converted for residential use. The ground floor is occupied by a Subway restaurant.
