5-story residential building completed in 1868. Designed by Isaac F. Duckworth as a store-and-loft building, it is clad in light brown stone over a black cast-iron ground floor. The windows are round-arched with full stone enframements and keystones. A black metal fire escape runs down the left two-thirds of the facade, which is topped by a simple black metal roof cornice. The ground floor is occupied by Pay-O-Matic check cashing.
