4-story residential building completed in 1877. Designed by John B. Snook as a store-and-loft building, it is clad in red brick over a green cast-iron ground floor with Corinthian columns. Horizontal stone bands connect the lintels of the upper-floor windows, with thinner bands serving as sills. A red metal fire escape runs down the left two-thirds of the facade. The building is crowned by a red metal roof cornice with modillions and dentils. A faded, painted sign just below the cornice for "D. RICH CO." refers to the building's occupant from 1949-51. Around 2000, the upper floors were converted to residential use. The ground floor is currently occupied by Apexart.
