 apartment building, 1860s construction

4-story residential building completed in 1868. Designed by Charles Duggin as a store-and-loft building, it is clan in tan-yellow stone above a cast-iron ground floor. The windows are different on each floor: segmental-arched on the 2nd, rounded-corner on the 3rd, and round-arched on the 4th. All have keystones. A black metal fire escape runs down the facade, which is crowned by a bracketed black metal roof cornice. The upper stories of the building were converted from warehouse use to apartments during the 1960s.
