4-story residential building completed in 1866. It is clad in red brick above a brown cast-iron ground floor. A narrow metal fire escape runs down the center of the facade, which is topped by a bracketed and modillioned roof cornice. The building has been occupied by wholesale dry goods firms for salesrooms, showrooms, and offices. It the 1980s and 1990s the building housed the Harmony Theatre.
