5-story residential building completed in 1867 as a store-and-loft building. The building was mainly used for the storage and sale of dry goods throughout the 19th and most of the 20th centuries. It has Corinthian columns at the ground floor. The stone facade has windows with rounded top corners and cornices between each floor. A projecting, black metal roof cornice crowns both facades. A metal fire escape runs down the center of the Church Street elevation.
