15-story neo-classical residential building completed in 1899. Designed by Robert Maynicke as a store, loft, and office building, it is clad in buff-colored stone. The 2-story base is rusticated and capped by a dentiled cornice. The 3rd floor has round-arched windows and a smaller dentiled cornice. Each of the upper floors is separated by a narrow string course. Another dentiled cornice sets off the top floor, which also has round-arched windows. The building is crowned by a projecting modillioned and dentiled roof cornice. The upper stories were converted to residential use in 1981. The ground floor is occupied by Western Spirit apparel, and Walker Supply Corp.
