5-story residential building completed in 1869. Designed by Nicholas Whyte, it has a cast-iron facade. A narrow metal fire escape runs down the center of the building, which is topped by a bracketed and dentiled metal roof cornice. It was largely used for showrooms and storage through the late 1800s and most of the 1900s. OMG jeans store is on the ground level.
