5-story residential building completed in 1862. Designed by John D. Snook as a store-and-loft building, it has a light brown cast-iron facade with round-arched windows on the top three floors. A black metal fire escape runs down the right two-thirds of the facade, which is topped by a bracketed and modillioned metal roof cornice. Infinity Shoes is on the ground level.
