5-story residential building completed in 1875. Designed by Charles Wright as a store-and-loft building in the Second Empire style. It has a white cast-iron facade with Doric columns and cornices between each floor. There is a grey metal fire escape and a black metal roof cornice with brackets and a large triangular pediment in the center that reads "GROSVENOR BUILDINGS 1875". It is currently residential with K&M Camera store on the ground floor.
