5-story residential building completed in 1852. Designed by John B. Snook as a commercial building, it is clad in brown brick. The windows on the south side are unadorned; those on the main facade facing Broadway have stone sills with corbelled feet. There are triangular pediments on the 2nd floor windows, and eared lintels of those of the upper floors on the right half of the facade. A black metal fire escape runs down the center of the facade. Both elevations are crowned by a black metal roof cornice with paired brackets. The upper floors were recently converted to residential use. The ground floor is occupied by Shoegasm, and Joey Pepperoni's Pizza.
