3-story Neo-Grec residential building completed in 1890. Designed by Mortimer C. Merritt, it is clad in grey brick. The top-floor windows are segmental-arched, with unusual animal-head keystones above (from north to south they depict a puma, a dog, and a lion) and dog tooth brick spandrel panels below. The facade is crowned by a metal roof parapet. The ground floor is occupied by Build Now.
