5-story residential building completed in 1857 as a store-and-loft building. It is L-shaped, wrapping around the corner building. Both frontages are clad in off-white brick, with black roof cornices. Both sides also have black metal fire escapes. In the 1990s, it sat vacant until being converted to residential use around 2000.

The ground floor on Leonard Street was occupied by Gallery 69, and on Church Street by Burro Borracho Tacqueria. In 2025, the restaurant Shion at 69 Leonard caught fire.
