4-story residential building completed in 1871 as a store-and-loft building. Designed by Robert Mook, it is clad in red brick above a modern storefront. The windows have flat stone lintels, and a fire escape is shared with the near-twin building next door. The front facade is topped by a modillioned roof cornice, with a grey-brick elevator penthouse rising above it on the north side. The ground floor is occupied by Edward's Restaurant.
