3-story Federal-style residential building completed about 1810. Originally a Federal-era dwelling with a commercial base, it had a peaked roof that was removed in 1858. By then, it was occupied by a boot maker, and in the 1920s was used by the Iron Star Works. The building currently has a commercial base with apartments above. The brick upper floors are painted pink, with white window sills and splayed lintels. The ground floor is occupied by Tiny's bar.
