5-story Italianate residential building completed in 1870. Designed by John J. O'Neil as a store-and-loft building, it is clad in red brick above a dark-green ground floor. The windows share the same design of triangular lintels and sills with corbelled feet as the neighboring building the the west. A metal fire escape is also shared between the two buildings. The facade is crowned by a black metal bracketed roof cornice.
