6-story Renaissance-revival residential building completed in 1898. Designed by Quinby & Broome, it has off-white brick outer piers, banded with stone, and black cast-iron infill. An iron cornice with carved swag caps the ground floor. Carved swag in cast-iron panels also occupy the spandrels between several of the floors. Each right-side window on the upper floors has a iron balcony with rounded corners, and the building is crowned by a projecting, black modillioned metal roof cornice. Occupants of the building have included fabric companies such as Centrotex Ltd., the Reno Fabrics Co. Inc., and Valdure Fabrics Inc. The building is currently commercial at the first story and residential at the upper stories.
