5-story Italianate residential building completed in 1857 as a store-and-loft building. The present building was initially leased to a dry goods firm, and later tenants included various shoe wholesalers. It was converted to residential with ground level retail in the 1980s. The ground floor has fluted columns with a modillioned cornice on top, and a deeply-recessed entrance. The upper floors are clad in red brick, with triangular pediments over the lintels of the 2nd-floor windows, and cornices on the rest. The building is crowned by a white bracketed metal roof cornice. The ground floor is occupied by Edible Arrangements.
