6-story Italianate residential completed in 1860 as a store-and-loft building. Faced in stone (now painted), the facade above the 1st floor has three bays of window openings per story which progressively decrease in height from the 2nd floor to the 5th. The window openings at the 2nd floor are round-arched, while those at stories three through five are segmental-arched. Molded sill courses and quoins further mark the design. The center bays are fronted by an historic fire escape. The facade is crowned by a bracketed sheet-metal cornice. The ground floor has Corinthian columns and a modillioned cornice.

Throughout its history, tenants have included an auction house, hardware and cutlery importers, and boot and shoe manufacturers. It was converted to residential in the 1990s.
