5-story Italianate residential building completed in 1861 as a store-and-loft building. It is clad in white marble above a ground-floor of cast-iron. The windows are segmental-arched, and quoins line the edges of the facade. There is also a cornice capping the 2nd floor. A crowning sheet-metal cornice with stone modillions flanking small rectangular attic-story window openings further mark the design. The ground floor is occupied by Reade Street Prep school.
