6-story Italianate residential building completed in 1858 as a store-and-loft building. It extends through the block to Chambers Street. Both of the facades are clad in tan marble, with three bays of square-headed windows with marble surrounds, with bracketed sills and lintels. Quoins frame the corners of each facade. The crowning iron cornices are enriched with modillions and corner console brackets. The ground floor facades have white cast-iron flute columns. The storefronts are occupied by a barber shop, and Tribeca Cleaners.
