5-story Italianate residential building completed in 1858. Originally a store-and-loft building, the upper stories became residential in the 1980s. It is clad in grey marble. The windows on each floor consist of a round-arched opening flanked by two slightly smaller arches. Bracketed sills and molded stone window heads and springers further mark the design. The facade is crowned by a black metal roof cornice with modillions, that has been cut to accommodate the black metal fire escape. The ground floor is occupied by Trilogy Photo.
