5-story residential building completed in the late 1800s. The ground-floor storefront was replaced around the 1920s, with green-painted metal infill and glass blocks near the top, just below a modillioned cornice. The upper floors are clad in beige brick, with two outer rusticated piers framing center sections of various design. At the 2nd floor there is a projecting bay window with a triangular pediment over the center pane. The 3rd-floor windows are divided into numerous panes by metal mullions, with an iron cartouche place over the center window. At the 4th floor, the bay is simply divided into three windows, with the brick piers ending in paired scrolled brackets supporting a dentiled metal cornice. Above this, the top floor has two wide outer brick piers, and two narrow piers in the center, and the facade is capped by a black metal modillioned roof cornice.
