6-story Italianate residential building completed in the 1870s. It is clad in white marble above a black-painted cast-iron ground floor with fluted columns. The windows are set in segmental-arched surrounds with continuous sill courses at each floor. The windows grow progressively shorted at each floor, and the facade is capped by a modillioned roof cornice. The ground floor is occupied by Deli Marie.
