5-story Italianate residential building completed in 1857. It was developed as a commercial rental property. The marble facade above the first story has three bays of segmental-arched window openings per story, set in molded surrounds. Continuous sill courses further mark the design. The facade is crowned by a bracketed sheet-metal cornice. A narrow metal fire escape runs down the center. The fluted cast-iron columns and piers of the original storefront survive at the 1st floor.

Tenants have included various dry goods, shoe, towel and printing companies. By the latter half of the 20th century, the upper floors were used for storage, and were converted to residential use around 2000.
