5-story Italianate residential building completed in 1860. Designed by Isaac F. Duckworth as a store-and-loft building, it is clad in marble on the upper floors, with round-arched windows at the 3rd 5th stories. The facade is crowned by a bracketed metal roof cornice. The original cast-iron, storefront framing of fluted piers and engaged columns survives at the first story.

Early tenants included a variety of light manufacturers, and later, shoes companies leased space in the building. By the second half of the 20th century, the upper floors were being used for storage, and were finally converted to residential use around 2000. The ground floor is occupied by Langdon Florist.
