4-story residential building completed in 1876. Designed by W.P. Anderson. The building is L-shaped with another facade at 36 Howard. The original facades were brick, but have since been stuccoed over. Following a fire, a 1965 alteration replaced the roof, and removed the original iron cornice. Necessary Clothing store is on the ground floor.
