6-story Italianate residential building completed in 1874. Designed by A.H. Blankenstein as a tenement, it has a cast-iron storefront and brick facade. The earlier coat of red paint has partially flaked off, revealing tan brick beneath. The four bays of windows have stone sills with corbelled feet, and segmental-arched lintels. The building is crowned by a projecting bracketed roof cornice.
The ground floor is occupied by Raoul's French Restaurant.
