A pair of matching, 5-story residential buildings completed together in 1890. The unified facade is clad in grey-painted brownstone white white trim, above a white-painted basement level. The facade is split into two matching halves, each with a separate entrance with a low, grey stone stoop with iron handrails leading up to a glass door with a wrought-iron grille framed by white pilasters that are partially fluted and have Corinthian capitals carrying entablatures with acanthus-leaf brackets and panels surmounted by a cornice. On either side of both doorways is a wide single-window with a full surround, including partial fluting on the sides, acanthus-leaf brackets and panels below with carved faces and foliage, and cornices on top. The basement areaways are enclosed by simple black iron fencing and the basement windows have iron grilles.

The upper floors have four bays of single-windows at both halves, all with full white stone surrounds with brackets and cornices. A grey metal fire escape runs down the middle two bays of both sides, and the facade is crowned by a pair of matching white metal roof cornices brackets, dentils, and panels.
