103-foot, 8-story office and residential building completed in 1916. Designed by M. Joseph Harrison, it has a 2-story stone base, painted brown, and upper floors clad in buff-colored brick. Two segmental-arched doorways with metal-and-glass double-doors on the ground floor flank the central entrance for the Local 237 Teamsters union office. Above, brick piers divide the windows into two end bays of narrow double-windows and one wide center bay of five windows. All the frames are painted dark green. The top floor has five segmental-arched double-windows with stone crests between each bay. At the roof is a stone cornice, above which is a brick parapet with stone coping, stepped up above each of the piers.
