5-story Italianate cast-iron residential building completed in 1874. Designed by Griffith Thomas, it is clad in stone and cast-iron. The ground floor is painted dark grey, and the upper floors are white. The piers and pilasters alternate large to small, each topped with Corinthian capitals. The outer piers are rusticated. There is a balustrade across the bottom of the 2nd floor, and the windows are segmental-arched. The building is crowned by a modillioned roof cornice with a rounded pediment. From 1984 to 2003, it housed the Leonard Gallery. A rooftop addition was built in 2002, after which the upper floors were converted to apartments. The ground floor is occupied by Aero furniture. This was the location of actor Heath Ledger's apartment when he died in 2008.
