7-story residential building, originally built in 1866 as a 5-story store and loft. In 1913 the building was damaged by fire and the third, fourth, and fifth stories were removed. In 1924 a new third story was added. In its conversion to residential usage, the building was brought up to seven floors (six matching full-lot floors + a penthouse). The new stone facade has quoins at the corners. Each windows has a full stone enframement with corbelled feet and cornices. The ground floor has fluted Corinthian columns
