4-story residential building completed in 1869. Designed by D. & J. Jardine as a store-and-loft building, it is clad in white stone above a black iron ground floor. The piers are lined with projecting stone blocks, and the windows have clean, simple frames. A narrow black fire escape runs down the center of the facade, which is topped by a black metal roof cornice with brackets and modillions.

As early as the 1940s, the upper stories of the building were occupied by artists' studios. Beginning in the 1950s and continuing today, the ground floor has been occupied by restaurants, currently the Tokyo Bar.
