3-story residential building completed around the 1870s. It is clad in white-painted wooden clapboards above a ground-floor storefront. The west facade is three bays wide, with vertical wooden beams between the windows. The south elevation has three regular-sized windows and one bay of small windows on the main 3-story section; there is also a 2-story extension at the east end, with two more windows, and the residential entrance on the ground floor. It formerly housed a liquor store, whose vertical sign remains affixed to the southwest corner of the building. Frederick Van Axte's 1871 stable, directly behind, has received the same vinyl siding as the main building.

The storefront is now vacant, formerly occupied by Amorino Gelato.
