7-story (including raised basement) residential building completed in 1950. Designed by H. Herbert Lilien as an apartment building, it is clad in orange-red brick, with a recessed center section. The windows, mostly grouped into pairs, have metal casements and stone sills. Two fire escapes run down the sides of the front facade, and the central entrance, with steel-framed glass double-doors, is framed in black-painted stone, with a rounded, black canvas canopy extending out to the sidewalk. The central facade section also has narrow stone band course connecting the windows of each floor. At the roof is a parapet with corbelled brickwork. The building was converted to condominiums in 1984, with 60 units.
