124-foot, 11-story contemporary modern residential building completed in 2012. Designed by Audrey Matlock, it is clad in a curtain wall of blue glass with some thin, white metal framing. Internal planning gives shape to the face of the building, as projecting bays align with key interior spaces, shifting locations with different unit layouts. Metal tracery visually unites the individual units while providing shading and depth to the façade. Automated windows project straight out from the building face for airflow on all four sides.

The ground floor is largely clad in white metal paneling, with a dark glass garage door at the south end, a projecting panel wall in the middle enclosing some landscaping, and the entrance at the north end having a glass door next to a metal service door. The building contains 9 condominium units.
