7-story postmodern residential building originally completed in 1915. It was converted to condominiums in 1992 and given a new facade. It is clad in light-tan stucco above a white stone ground floor. There are two deeply-recessed entrance bays behind gates, one for the ground-floor commercial unit on the left, and one for the residences on the right with wood-and-glass double-doors. In between a small window is also recessed behind an iron grille.

The upper floors have two projecting bays of oriel windows, each with a wider middle pane and narrower, angled side panes. In between the bays each floor has another narrow window. The facade is crowned by a roof parapet with a roof deck on top. The ground floor is occupied by a medical office.
