4-story Italianate cooperative-apartment building completed as a row house in 1854. It is clad in light-grey-painted brick above a rusticated white limestone ground floor. The original stoop has been replace by a ground-level entrance on the left, with a simple door. To the right are two segmental-arched windows at the former basement level, with iron grilles.

The upper floors have three bays of single-windows, shorter at each floor, with grey-painted stone sills and darker grey metal lintels. The facade is crowned by a black metal roof cornice with a delicate Adamesque design of scrolls, swags, and volutes, topped by a metal railing.

The building is now a co-op, with six apartments.
