7-story cooperative-apartment building completed in 1955. Designed by Hyman Isaac Feldman, it is clad in off-white brick with metal-and-glass storefronts lining the ground floor along the avenue. The main entrance is located in a light well at the middle of the south facade, with sliding glass doors. Planter boxes of the same brick frame the entry, with another to the west, with a secondary door in between. There are three single-windows at the ground floor behind the planter boxes, and a gated service door at the west end.
At the rear of the light well the upper floors have double-windows and a narrow single-window, fronted by a white metal fire escape. The side walls of the light court have a single-window at the rear, an angled section with another single-window, and a third single-window near the front. The two wings of the south facade both have a single-window, a narrower single-window, a triple-window, and a double-window, with horizontal brick banding at each floor. A metal coping marks the roof line.
The upper floors on the east facade have a double-window and a triple-window at the north end, then a recessed bay above the ground floor with a double-window and small single-window fronted by another fire escape. There are narrow single-windows in the side walls of the recessed bay. The south part of the east elevation has three more single-windows (the middle one narrower), with no openings near the south end.
The north elevation is clad in dark-red brick except for a short return of off-white brick at the east end. It has four single-windows, a double-window, another single-window, and another double-window, and then a recessed section with three double-windows and another fire escape.
The building contains 53 apartments. The ground floor along the east end is occupied by 5 Seasons Deli, Omakase Sushi Dairo, HMY Vision Optical, and Carelabel dry cleaners.
