6-story residential building completed in 1944. Designed by Max Wechsler, it is clad in red brick. The ground floor has a green door set in a green marble surround on the south end, a recessed wooden commercial door in the middle and a square show-window at the north end. The ground-floor bays are framed by three green, metal-wrapped round columns with a sign board across the top. The upper floors have three bays of single-windows with a black metal fire escape running down the northern two bays. A simple stone coping marks the roof line. The ground floor is occupied by Paddy Maguire's Ale House.
