6-story Art-Moderne cooperative-apartment building completed in 1950. The facade is clad in reddish-brown brick, with four bays of casement windows with grey-brown metal framing and brick sills. There is an iron railing enclosing landscaping in front, and at the ground floor, the southern two bays are shifted over to the left, with the middle one containing the entrance, which has black wood-framed glass double-doors in a simple stone surround, covered by a rounded, blue canvas canopy extending out over the sidewalk. A simple metal coping caps the roof line. The building contains 42 apartment units.
