5-story residential building completed sometime in 1860. The facade is now faced in grey-painted stucco above a ground-floor storefront and a residential entrance on the north end with a paneled wooden door. The upper floors have three bays of single-windows with through-wall air-conditioning units cut below the north bay. A black metal fire escape runs down the south two bays of the facade, which is capped by a metal coping. The north elevation is also stuccoed, with no openings.
