4-story Italianate residential building completed around the 1870s. It is clad in light-tan brick above a ground floor with a metal-and-glass storefronts. The residential entrance is at the north end, with a recessed glass door. The upper floors have three bays of with stone sills and lintels. Through-wall air-conditioning units have been inserted between the northern two bays at each floor. The facade is crowned by a brown wooden roof cornice with console brackets, modillions, and panels. The ground floor is occupied by Warshaw Hardware.
